Due to the 2017 Kenow Wildfire and lengthy government procedures, we are unable to host camp this summer. We continue to pursue a positive partnership with Parks Canada. Thank you for your ongoing interest and support as we work to rebuild camp and improve our facilities.

Check In and Check Out
Campers cannot check in until 3:00 pm on the first day and must be picked up between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm on the last day of camp. Times outside of these must be arranged with the Camp Director or Registrar prior to camp. Only the person(s) on the registration form will be allowed to pick up the camper for safety and security reasons. All medications MUST to be given to the camp medic upon checking in at camp.
Dietary Restrictions
We strive to be a peanut free camp, and do not intentionally cook with or allow peanuts at camp. Please do not send peanuts or peanut containing products with your camper. We will try to accommodate specific dietary needs when possible, but please realize that we cannot supply everything needed by everyone.
Vegetarian: Please discuss your needs with the Registrar & Cook. We will try to best accommodate some vegetarian dishes where possible; however, you may wish to bring your own protein. All foods must be stored in the Kitchen.
Celiac: We do use a lot of starches in our foods. We always have vegetables and other dishes, but you may want to consider bringing some other foods. All foods must be stored in the Kitchen.

Registration forms can still be filled out on paper and emailed to our Registrar at [email protected]. If you choose to print your registration form, mail your completed form to:

Please note: Payments made via cheque or money order must be made out to "Canyon Church Camp," – do not send cash through the mail. Registration is on a first come first serve basis, and your spot is not reserved until we receive full payment. All payments must be received a minimum of two weeks prior to the start date of camp. No payments will be accepted at camp as the space may already be filled. Once payment is received, you will be forwarded a receipt.
Cancellation Policy: Registration may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the first day of camp and you will receive a full refund less a 25% administration fee.
